The
Town of Jackson in Wyoming is seeking a highly qualified, motivated individual to work in an active year-round resort community who is interested in making a difference in their community. This is a responsible staff position with assignments in land development review, grading and erosion control permit processing, special projects including engineering studies and research, responding to customer requests for information, management of capital construction projects, public infrastructure inspection, project inspection in the Town right-of-way, GIS maintenance of Town infrastructure, CAD project design, infrastructure contract bidding and management, issuing right-of-way encroachment permits, issuing public notices related to street closures for utility and capital projects, utility management in the Town right-of-way, and related work as assigned. Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to: a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of four (4) years of experience in the engineering field with 2 of those years in public sector engineering work and registered PE. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, computer experience, and must be value centered. This position is full time with full benefits. The
