Appraiser II (Certified Residential)
Summit County is recruiting for an Appraiser II (Certified Residential). Performs a variety of working level performance professional appraisals of improved and unimproved rural, residential, commercial and industrial property to determine market value for county tax purposes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree , or higher, or hold an active license as a Certified Residential Appraiser with the Utah Division of Real Estate and four (4) years of experience as an appraiser/assessor.
Must become a designated ad valorem residential property appraiser (Courses A, B, C, D, & E) with the Utah State Tax Commission.
Salary Range: $21.23 - $29.74 per hour. May be filled by an Appraiser I: Performs a variety of entry level professional appraisals of improved and unimproved rural and residential property to determine market value for County tax purposes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree or higher and two (2) years of progressively responsible experience performing above or related duties; or registered as an appraisal trainee with the Utah Division of Real Estate.
Salary Range: $20.03 - $28.06 per hour.
