Senior Product Manager

Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Location: Remote home office based

Recruitology is currently seeking an experienced senior product manager to make an immediate impact at an exciting and growing company.  Recruitology supports and encourages a virtual working environment using the latest technologies.  You’d work closely with the COO, CTO, Director of Engineering and our partnerships team to define and implement product direction.  Additionally, you’d work closely with a small engineering team as well as a small operations team, making a difference by delivering highly desirable products in the recruitment advertising space. 

You’d be responsible for

• creating product specifications based on product priorities
• working directly with the Head of Design for user interface decisions
• presenting product specifications to the CTO, Director of Engineering, and the engineering team to finalize a product specification for the engineering team to create a technical design and implement the desired product.
• Evaluating and testing products released by the engineering team to ensure they meet your product specification
• Beta test product releases with key media company partners
• Working with marketing to create product and collateral materials as a part of the product’s release.
• Provide internal team training on new product and feature releases.
• Working with the operations team on receiving and providing product feedback

You have...

• a bachelor's STEM degree or the equivalent.
• a minimum 5 years of product manager experience.
• successfully defined and released internet-based products
• product management experience in the recruitment or CRM space (a plus)
