Cook, Nigerian Restaurant, Arlington, TX prep, season and cook meat, chicken, fish; apply proper cutting techniques; plan and price menus; prep, season and cook Nigerian-style dishes such as Okro, Egusi, Efo Riro, Ogbonno, Afang, Amala, Pounded yam, Edikanko, Fufu, Iyan, Tuwo etc; operate large-volume single purpose cooking equipment; monitor stock and place order supplies, keep records and accounts; monitor sanitation practices; check quality of raw and cooked food; measure and mix ingredients; develop menus for special occasions and catering; set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment; grind, sift, blend and peel vegetables; take orders from customers; cook food in various utensils or grillers;
