The Campaign Specialist is the “face” of our Agency. This position will
provide monthly campaign reviews, follow-up communications to assure
customer knowledge and access to all reports and tools available to manage
their products. The position works with other company departments to
ensure a coordinated set of communications to the customer. This position
consists of Customer Service which involves inbound phone calls, In-
Person meetings, hands on correction and/or facilitation across multiple
departments for issue resolution; and proactive Client Review where we
inspect and assess product performance regularly, facilitate corrective
actions to ensure satisfactory product performance and provide the client
a summary of performance.
The Campaign Specialist will maintain a professional image of our company,
products and services with these accounts and ensure a satisfactory level
of product performance and customer satisfaction.
This role is a safety-sensitive position and requires driving to meet clients
throughout the area of service for the market.
Experience, Skills, and Characteristics
• 1+ Years of project or account management experience
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a critical thinker
• Willing to think outside of the box to solve problems
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Effective, professional communication
• Experience with digital media, online marketing, or advertising
