Human Resources Analyst
Under minimal direction, performs a variety of professional level administrative, technical and analytical duties in support of the College's human resource functions including recruitment, selection, classification, wage and salary administration, workers' compensation, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D programs, FMLA, Health and Safety, employer-employee relations, labor negotiations, training, and related functions; provides information and assistance to College employees and the general public regarding human resources activities, policies, and procedures; may supervise or provide lead direction to clerical/administrative staff; and performs a variety of professional tasks in support of assigned areas of responsibility.
