Sr Business Process Improvement Analyst

Medtronic, Inc., Fort Worth, TX.  Req. Bachelors’ deg. or foreign eq. in Industrial or Mechanical Eng., Operations Mgmt., or rel. eng. field, & 5 yrs. of exp. as a manufacturing eng., operational excellence analyst, or rel. occ. w/ lean manufacturing for med. devices. 
Or, Master’ deg. or foreign eq. & 2yrs exp. Must possess at least 2 yrs. of exp. w/ each of the following: OEE improvement tools for high volume, high mix production w/ metal machining; VA/VE, Policy Deployment, Kamishibai, and TPM;  Lean & Six– Sigma Manufacturing Methodology; Product & Tool Capacity Planning models for high volume, high mix manufacturing environment; Process Strategy, Value Stream Mgmt., Innovation, Maintenance, Quality, and Improvement to include EHS, Zero Loss, and Continuous Skill Development.
