Join our team of professionals at our Radiation Oncology office at the new Upstate Cancer Center in Verona NY.

We are seeking a Part-Time RN to provide professional nursing care to oncology patients. Accomplishes this by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care and supervising the work of the licensed practical nurses. Plans and provides nursing care that will be consistent with organizational policies and procedures with current professional standards and practices. Maintains accurate reports and clinical records. Provides patient and family teaching when appropriate.

Minimum qualifications: NYS licensed/registered RN. Prior experience in an outpatient setting strongly preferred. Oncology experience preferred. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required.

Part time Thursday's and Friday's 8-4:30; Additional 4 hours another day with some flexibility Our part time benefit package includes health, dental and vision insurance, eligibility for employer 401k funding after 1 year (3% quarterly/5% annual on vesting schedule), tuition reimbursement, generous paid time off, including vacation and personal time, paid sick leave, holidays and floating holidays.
