Photo Scanning Technician
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Photo Scanning Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by using state-of-the-art digitizing equipment to preserve family's most important milestones trapped on videotapes, film reels, and photos. You have excellent time management skills and are passionate about delighting customers and ensuring the highest quality digitizations of these priceless memories in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, reliable, highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
What you'll do:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by digitally preserving our customer's most important milestones - baby's first steps, weddings, graduations, birthdays, and more.
- Master our state-of-the-art digitizing equipment to ensure the highest possible quality digitizations of home movies and photos.
- Meet our team expectations: show up on time, know the process, be proficient, demonstrate excellence.
- Relay opportunities to improve our customer's or team's experience to your Team Lead so we can solve problems.
Who you are:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Associates degree or 1+ years of work experience
- Have basic computer and technical skills
- A problem-solver who approaches roadblocks with a positive, innovative attitude
- Adaptable and open to change in the spirit of our company value, "always be improving
- A “no task is too small” attitude and a positive, spirited outlook
- Able to frequently lift up to 10 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to occasionally lift up to 50 points with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
- Able to stand/walk for 10+ hour shift
- Must pass drug test and state, federal, and criminal background check

- Manufacturing or warehouse experience

- Competitive hourly wage starting at $15 - $16 depending on the shift
- $100 start bonus ( +$50 if you start same day, for a total of $150)
