Busy Chiropractic Office in East Fort Worth seeks self motivated, caring, and dependable individual to join our team.  Our office has three areas; front office, business office, and back office.  The open position is for the back office.  This assistant works directly with the patients and the Doctor most of the time.  Duties include: applying therapies, performing consultations, filing, entering data into electronic health record system, inventory, patient correspondence.  With time, assistants become cross trained for all positions.

This individual will be: caring, compassionate, team oriented, fun, kind, confident, and giving.  They must be comfortable with touching others because they will be applying therapy pads on our patients.  They will be holistic in their philosophy.  Chiropractic is an alternative natural health care system that works with the bodies own healing capabilities without the use of medications or surgery.  They will be healthy and able to stand/walk for lengthy periods.  The back office assistant will be interested in learning about nutritional supplementation so they may be able to educate our patients on the benefits.  This is an integral part of our practice.  They may also be sent for x-ray training and certification.  Experience is helpful, but not necessary.  We'll train the right person.

Our hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8:30-6:30 with an hour break for lunch.  Most evenings we leave by 6:15.  Friday's hours are 8:30-12-30.

Beginning pay ranges from $12-$13/hr, depending on experience, with immediate eligibility to our generous bonus system.  There is a profit sharing bonus that begins after six months.  Instead of insurance, $100 is given monthly to be used at the employee's discretion after three months.  As the health insurance laws change, another form of compensation may be implemented.  Other benefits include paid personal time off and paid for most holidays. There are periodic required weekend seminars for office training which may include occasional travel.

If you have interest in this position, send a response explaining why.  We look forward to hearing from you!
