Regional Community Marketing Representative
Evaluate and execute community and regional marketing trade and sponsorship partnership opportunities and related creative production, events, and branding components. Manage McClatchy presence at events for marketing, advertising, circulation and reader interests.
Primary Responsibilities
❖Responsible for meeting or exceeding department/team goals.
❖Management of trade and sponsorship agreements including proactively negotiating and overseeing media, sports, charities, and non-profit organizations for advertising and promotional opportunities for the region.
❖Navigate the agreements from design to ad placement to reporting.
❖Project management and event planning and execution.
❖Coordinate McClatchy presence at sponsored and revenue-generating events and shows in the region.
❖Lead social media engagement through networking and management of social media platforms.
❖Design and implement reader contests and promotions.
