Junior Salesforce Administrator
Pay Rate: $17.00-$18.00 Per Hour
The Junior Salesforce Admin will be responsible for Salesforce administrative duties for the organization as a part of the McClatchy Salesforce Success team, with a primary focus on providing end-user support.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide day to day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Create and manage users, profiles, roles and permission sets in Salesforce
- Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
- Assist in data import/export/updates for managers and sales teams.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and escalate as needed
- Assist with training end users on the use of Salesforce.com
- Create training and user documentation, and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added

- Maintain data and system security and integrity in Salesforce
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
- 1+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or another sales CRM system
- Saleforce.com Administrator Certification is a plus
- Experience with APEX, APEX TRIGGERS, VISUALFORCE, HTML, JAVA, SQL, SOQL a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience in business or technology
- Proficient skills in Excel, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint
