Job Summary:
Oversees the operations and logistics of the College of Business' Specialized Masters programs.
- Plans, implements and monitors the delivery of student services for the Specialized Masters programs face to face and online cohorts. Manages admissions, registration, scheduling issues, billing, payment and collections. Coordinates all graduation, orientation and networking social activities for the program.
- Communicates with students through presence at all instructional delivery locations as well as electronic media. Reviews student accounts to ensure that payments are made on time and advises on student holds or any account issues.
- Coordinates with the faculty on the ordering of textbooks, student materials, and other faculty curriculum needs.
- Counsels and advises Specialized Masters programs prospects, joint degree and dual degree students on Admissions policies and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of the admissions files and current students files.
- Manages and implements the development of the Specialized Masters programs Alumni Network with the Office of Development and Alumni Relations.
- May supervise, develop and coordinate the activities of a direct report.
- Works closely with the program leadership with the budget planning and maintains fiscal responsibility for all program activities. Reviews accounts payable/receivable transactions, ensuring appropriate allocation of funds across program budget(s).
- Coordinates with the faculty on the ordering of textbooks, student materials, and other faculty curriculum needs.
- Collaborates with Department leadership on faculty and student academic issues. Aids in the dissemination of academic information to currently enrolled students and prospects.
- Manages and reconciles departmental expenses including travel and other expenses using University credit card. Assures compliance and adherence to University credit card policies and procedures. Submits requisitions and receives goods or services against purchase orders; creates travel authorizations, expense reports, through the University's financial system. May process contracts in accordance with University purchasing guidelines.
- Interprets university administrative and/or fiscal policies and procedures. Provides recommendations on procedures for the unit to improve administrative and/or fiscal operation for the programs and office site.
- Works collaboratively with the Marketing and Communications team in developing program marketing strategy and materials. Verifying website accuracy. Assists with the development and design of digital and print collaterals.
- Conducts information sessions, class visits and interviewing candidates. Works with candidates through the entire recruitment process. May travel international and domestic for recruitment.
- Manages all aspects of the Advisory Board (oversees the coordination and organization of all Advisory Board meetings and events. Acts as the main communication liaison between board members and the organization. Prepares agendas, materials, and minutes, ensuring all board activities are well-documented and compliant. Manages member recruitment, engagement, and retention).
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate specialization and four (4) years of related experience, or Master's degree in an appropriate specialization and two (2) years related experience.

- Knowledge of Peoplesoft.
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
