MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must have knowledge of real estate and consumer laws, regulations, procedures and experience in analyzing business needs and implementing creative software solutions and training. Must also have knowledge of mortgage banking lending procedures and be familiar with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA and VA regulations and guidelines as well as those pertaining to such loans normally acquired through a minimum of three years of mortgage operations experience. Effective problem solving, business analytic skills and excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills are needed in this position. Incumbent must have Encompass Administration Certification and Project Management Skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for analyzing and streamlining mortgage workflow and processes. Incumbent will function as a subject matter expert for mortgage compliance and loan origination software (LOS-Encompass 360) for training and problem solving. Implement Encompass systems including user access, workflows, input forms, pipeline views, reports, custom forms and business rules. Manage Encompass services and perform as a liaison between the mortgage division and vendors/Bank. Maintain all records of changes made to the Encompass platform. Communicates software training issues to executive management. Actively participates in the sales and service culture, supports the values of the organization and follows established Bank policy and procedures.
