Store Manager, Assistant Managers and Meat CuttersDiamond Food Market's, Inc.
Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers are responsible for managing the daily operations of the grocery store, including but not limited to staffing, scheduling and ordering inventory within budget and service needs of store. Responsible for evaluating employee performance and taking the proper actions necessary. Oversee store conditions and maintain proper safety measures and excellent customer service. Oversee daily accounting procedures of store. Assist in planning budgets to include sales, labor and controllable expenses. Follow final budgets and monitor stores performance and make recommendations to meet company goals. Conduct quarterly inventory according to company procedure. Ability to learn POS system and be knowledgeable in Excel. Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must have a valid Texas drivers license and auto liability.
Meat Cutters are responsible for cutting meat, ordering, merchandising, displaying, pricing and customer service. Quality, accuracy, freshness, cleanliness, and safety of the meat department are required of a meat cutter. Positions are in Lake Worth, TX and various other locations in North Texas.
