The City is accepting applications along with resumes for position of Administrative Clerk.
JOB SUMMARY
Assists City Secretary Office and Municipal Court in Records Management by filing and scanning various documents. Assists Municipal Court in other document operations. Issues solicitor permits, special event permits, dog tags, and other permits as required. Receives citizen calls on trash and bulk pickup and directs concerns to proper authority. Maintains rentals of pavilions, ballfields and soccer fields. Act as assistant to finance office and building inspections on an at-need basis. Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year experience in clerical position with data entry experience.
- Type 40 wpm.
