As a Café Brazil Manager, excellent team leadership and customer service skills are a must! The ability to build, coach, manage and develop teams from interviewing and staffing to hiring and training are paramount.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Integrity and accountability
- Compiling work schedules
- Performing P&L analysis
- Controlling inventory
- Ensuring excellent hospitality and customer service
- Creating a positive work environment for team members
- Implementing Human Resource Policy
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
Ideal Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- 1-2 years of college courses
- Previous management proficiency in high volume restaurant with P&L accountability
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights/overnights, days, weekends and holidays
