Client Services Specialist Crisis Stabilization/Mobile Response
Client Services Specialist Crisis Stabilization/Mobile Response Completes preadmission screenings, for individuals requesting crisis stabilization services, to determine eligibility for program services and/or to recommend an alternative level of care. Conducts brief assessments. Provides crisis intervention, solution-focused problem solving and intensive case management services, in the individual’s home when appropriate. Facilitates individual’s transition to appropriate aftercare service.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work, with current Michigan social work licensure required, along with two years of experience working in the mental health field, with proven crisis intervention skills. Knowledge of substance use disorders with current CADC credential preferred. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and availability of reliable transportation for outreach work. Salary range of $40,902 - $49,552, dependent on credential.
